At 11 kW, about 1 h 49 min. At 0.45 CHF/kWh, the charge costs CHF 9.00.

Do guests need an app or a charging card for the Amperfied connect.business?

No. Guests scan the QR code at the charge point and pay in the browser with TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, PF Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. They do not need an account.

Does the Amperfied connect.business have an MID meter?

Yes, according to Amperfied an MID-compliant meter is built in. Ladehase bills with its readings.

Does the Amperfied connect.business need Wi-Fi?

The Amperfied connect.business needs an internet connection, via Wi-Fi or a LAN cable. In underground car parks, the cable is often the more reliable option.

Can residents or family charge with a card?

Yes. The Amperfied connect.business has an RFID reader. You set up charging cards as access grants in Ladehase, free of charge or at a special rate with a monthly statement.

Amperfied connect.business: let guests pay by QR code

The connect.business is Amperfied's (formerly Heidelberg) wallbox for businesses and apartment buildings, with an MID meter, RFID, LAN and Wi-Fi. You switch on OCPP 1.6 in the wallbox's web interface. According to Amperfied, it is then no longer connected to the myAMPERFIED app.

Requirements

What you need so that guests can pay with the Amperfied connect.business.

Internet: The Amperfied connect.business needs a stable connection at the parking space via LAN or Wi-Fi. Check the reception in the garage before you start.
Authorisation: The Amperfied connect.business is connected to Ladehase via OCPP and only starts a charge after authorisation. The station is then tied to Ladehase rather than to another backend.
Payment account: An account with zahls.ch or Freika, where payments arrive directly. For the PAX IM30 terminal you need Freika.
Metering: The built-in MID meter provides the readings Ladehase bills with.
Sign: QR code and tariff clearly visible at the charge point, as a PDF to print yourself or ordered weatherproof.
