How it works

Set up in ten minutes. Charge in one.

For operators it is a one-time setup. For drivers it is one scan and one payment.

Set up Ladehase

You need a supported charging station, an account at zahls.ch or Freika and about ten minutes.

Open an account
Register in the dashboard with your email address. Create an organisation, for example your household, your condominium owners' association or your hotel.

Connect your charging station
Choose the manufacturer and sign in with its login. Ladehase imports your charge points and sets them to require authorisation. Charging without payment is then no longer possible.

Connect your payment account
Connect your account at zahls.ch or Freika. If you don't have one yet, open it directly from the dashboard. For the PAX IM30 terminal you need Freika.

Set the tariff
Price per kWh, start fee, idle fee, night tariff by time of day, maximum amount: the preview instantly shows what a charge costs.

Put up the sign
Download the sign as PDF or order a weatherproof one. The QR code is static and stays valid even if you change the tariff.

Do a test charge
In test mode you try the whole flow without real money. Then you go live and see every charge in the dashboard.

No app, no charging card, no account. All you need is your smartphone or your card.

If there is a PAX IM30 at the station, choose the charge point there, tap your card or smartphone and charge. The flow is the same.

Scan the QR code
Open your camera and scan the QR code at the charge point. The payment page shows the complete tariff.

Choose an amount and pay
Choose an amount to reserve or a package. Pay with TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, PF Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Plug in
As soon as the payment is confirmed, Ladehase releases the charge point. Plug in the cable and charging starts. You see the progress live in the browser.

Unplug, done
End the charge on the payment page or unplug the cable. You only pay for what you charged. The receipt comes by email if you enter an address.

Open an account, connect your charging station, put up the sign. Free, without a lock-in contract.
