General Terms and Conditions
The rules for operators who make their charging stations payable with Ladehase.
As of: 25 October 2026
The German version is binding. Translations are provided for convenience.
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (terms) govern the contractual relationship between siebenberge gmbh, Toggenburgerstrasse 29, CH-9652 Neu St. Johann («Ladehase», «we») and the operator of a charging station («you») for the use of Ladehase: account and dashboard, payment page, control of charging stations, billing, signs, API and MCP server.
For persons charging at your station («drivers») the Terms of use for drivers also apply.
2. Role of Ladehase
Ladehase is a technical service provider. We provide software that lets you release your charging station to drivers against payment, record the energy charged and bill it.
You are the contracting party of the charging towards drivers. Ladehase neither sells energy nor acts as merchant of the payments and does not receive any money itself. Payments are processed through your own account at zahls.ch or Freika (section 5).
3. Conclusion of contract and account
The contract is concluded when you register an account and accept these terms. You confirm that you are authorised to act for the organisation stated. You keep your details up to date and protect credentials and API keys from third parties. You are responsible for actions under your account and organisation, including actions of people you invite to your team.
4. Your obligations as operator
- You are entitled to make the charging station available to third parties against payment. Where required, you obtain the consent of the landlord, the condominium owners' association, the grid operator or authorities.
- The charging station is professionally installed, safe and in working order.
- You set the tariff and are responsible for correct price indication. Ladehase shows the complete tariff on the payment page, in short form on the sign and on the terminal before payment.
- If you are subject to VAT, you enter your VAT number and rate correctly. The tax treatment of your income is your responsibility.
- You provide contact details through which drivers can reach you with questions about a charge, and you handle complaints and refunds.
5. Payments via zahls.ch and Freika
For payments you connect your own account at zahls.ch or Freika. To do so, you enter into a separate contract with the respective payment partner. Its terms and fees apply. The money goes directly to your account with the payment partner.
Through the public interfaces of zahls.ch and Freika, Ladehase triggers reservations, captures, releases and refunds and stores only metadata (amount, time, status, reference, type of payment method). Card data never touches Ladehase systems. The PAX IM30 terminal works exclusively with Freika.
6. Connection with charging stations
Ladehase controls your charging station through the manufacturer's interface (for example the Easee cloud) or via OCPP. Ladehase configures the station so that it only charges after authorisation. We store credentials encrypted. We do not store passwords of manufacturer accounts where the manufacturer offers token-based login.
Energy measurement comes from the charging station. Ladehase bills based on these values and gives no warranty for their accuracy or calibration. Outages or changes of the manufacturer interface may limit operation. We inform you on the status page and in the dashboard.
7. Costs
Using Ladehase is free. There is no base fee and no fee per charge. Ordered signs and stickers are charged according to the price list at the time of ordering. Should we introduce paid services, we will announce them at least 30 days in advance. They only apply if you agree.
You may add a service fee per charge to your tariff. It is shown transparently to drivers and goes to you.
8. Signs
You can download signs free of charge as PDF or order them from us. We deliver ordered signs to the address given in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Report obvious defects within 14 days of receipt.
9. API, webhooks and MCP server
You can use Ladehase through the API, webhooks and the MCP server, also with AI agents. You are responsible for all actions using your API keys, also when an agent executes them. We may limit requests to protect operations. Manipulation, circumvention of security measures and use for other purposes are not permitted.
10. Availability and support
We strive for high availability but cannot rule out interruptions (maintenance, disruptions at manufacturers, payment partners or grid operators, force majeure). We show the current status at www.ladehase.com/en/status. We provide support by email on working days.
11. Data protection
Our privacy policy applies. We process personal data of drivers on your behalf. The data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms, applies.
12. Liability
We are liable for damage only in case of intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damage, lost profit and data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the charging station, the vehicle, the power supply or for services of manufacturers, payment partners, banks and grid operators. You indemnify us against third-party claims, in particular by drivers, arising from the operation of your charging station.
13. Term and termination
The contract runs for an indefinite period. You can terminate it at any time in the dashboard by deleting your organisation. Running sessions are completed first. We may terminate with 30 days' notice, and without notice in case of breach of these terms or legal requirements.
14. Changes
We may amend these terms. We announce changes at least 30 days before they take effect in the dashboard or by email. If you continue to use Ladehase afterwards, the new terms apply.
15. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict of laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of siebenberge gmbh. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the German version prevails.
